- Complimentary interview
- Two (2) prenatal visits (in-home/virtual) – includes planning and preparation during pregnancy for birth, lactation and early postpartum
- Guidance in creating your birth preferences, evidence-based resources, referrals, positive affirmations, practice of hands-on comfort measures and positioning, and core & pelvic floor tips and exercises
- BRM® assessment and practice- includes exercise tools for birth prep, birth and postpartum recovery
- 24/7 continuous physical, emotional and informational support, guidance and advocacy during labor and birth
- Birth notes
- Labor/birth photos
- One (1) postpartum visit (in-home/virtual) – includes processing the birth, feeding support, postpartum support, and resources for postpartum care

Additionally, I am a Certified HypnoBirthing doula and can provide those specific relaxation techniques and comfort measures to birthing families. I am a Certified BRM® pro, and Core & Pelvic Floor Birthworker form BRAVA, and I incorporate this expertise into my doula services. I also have education and experience with dōTERRA, pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils for aromatherapy during pregnancy, labor and postpartum. An Investment Custom Fit For Your Birth
Choosing a birth doula is an investment in how you feel during pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum days — supported, informed, and never alone.
Birth Doula Support
$1,500–$1,800 total
I’m happy to offer customized, flexible payment plans for families who need one.
Travel
My services include travel within my normal service area. If your birth location is outside that radius, we’ll discuss it in advance and include any additional travel details.
Reimbursement + HSA
Some employer benefit plans and insurance programs reimburse $1,500+ for doula services. I’m a Certified Birth Doula and listed on the Minnesota Doula Registry, which may help with reimbursement through certain benefit programs.
You may also be able to pay using an HSA card (when eligible).
